The stone plastic composite (SPC) flooring is a new kind of high-tech-based environmentally-friendly flooring featuring zero formaldehyde, mildew proof, moisture proof, fire proof, insect proof, and simple installation. The SPC flooring is made by extruding PVC substrates by the extruder combined with the T-die, while heat-laminating and embossing the PVC wear-resistant layer, the PVC color film and PVC substrates with a three-roll or four-roll calender at one time. The process is simple and the lamination is completed with the help of heat without the need of glue.

The SPC floor materials are environmentally friendly and free from hazardous substances like heavy metals, phthalates, or methanol, thus conforming to the EN14372, EN649-2011, IEC62321 and GB4085-83 standards.
