The stone plastic composite (SPC) flooring is a new kind of high-tech-based environmentally-friendly flooring featuring zero formaldehyde, mildew proof, moisture proof, fire proof, insect proof, and simple installation. The SPC flooring is made by extruding PVC substrates by the extruder combined with the T-die, while heat-laminating and embossing the PVC wear-resistant layer, the PVC color film and PVC substrates with a three-roll or four-roll calender at one time.
